The possible use of hacked information in an effort to influence the 2016 Presidential Election and the ongoing efforts of the US and other countries, to intervene in other nation’s economic and / or operational security begs the question of “What Now?” In this discussion, it was dicussed “What we know?”and “What we don’t know?”

Dr. Volodymyr Lysenko, Ph.D. Information Science from the University of Washington, Seattle. Dr. Lysenko spoke on disinformation, information wars and disruption to democratic processes, particularly in the former USSR countries. Dr. Lysenko continues to research hacking and disruptions to electoral processes, post-doctoral scholar Lysenko spoke on "The Foreign Policy Implications of Cyber-security."
